What if my order has already shipped, can you still change or cancel it? 

While it’s a great thing that our warehouse is super quick at shipping orders out, sometimes by the time you try to change or cancel an order, it has already been shipped.  If you still do not want the item after it ships, you will have to return it according to our return policy found here


* Please note, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled depending on when it was ordered and where it is in our system so be sure to reach out as soon as possible!
