Do you do exchanges?

If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund by following the instructions here and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of your return. Placing a new order before receiving your refund ensures that you will get your new item quickly, while the item is still in stock. 

If you bought your item on sale, please complete a ticket here and include a copy of the receipt for a Customer Service Representative to arrange and send a return label and they can send you a replacement size.  An exchange only works if you purchased the item directly from Hex, otherwise you can check with the store where the original purchase was made to see if they can exchange your item.
