Why was I charged for shipping for me order when it says free shipping on orders over $49?
The free shipping is not available for PO boxes or military addresses. We ship our products by Fedex and if we are shipping USPS then fees and charges will vary. This is stated in a disclosure on the "Free Shipping on orders over $49*"
"Free Shipping offer is valid in the US lower 48 states only, and is not available for PO Boxes or Military"
