HEX products may only be replaced once during the first year after purchase as explained in our warranty coverage. In order to get a warranty claim started please have the following ready:

  • Photo that provides proof of purchase 
  • Photos of the damage that has occurred to the product and description of how that happened   
  • Shipping information first/last name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, & zip code
