Return Policy

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: return anything for any reason up to thirty (30) days of purchase. We’ll give you a replacement or full refund.


Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's timeworn, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must be in new condition with all original packageing and tags.


Refunds are only issued for items purchased on hexbrand.com. For items purchased outside of hexbrand.com, please contact the original seller.


 


Hassle-Free Return Process



  1. Start your return by clicking here.

  2. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button

  3. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.

  4. Choose a return for replacement or refund.

  5. A return authorization number and shipping label will be provided by our claims department.


                       


Please do not return item(s) without a return authorization number. Any item returned without a return authorization number is not an authorized return and may be rejected. HEX is not responsible for unauthorized returns.



FAQs


How long does it take to process a return? Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to process. It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may. All returns/replacements are processed as quickly as possible.


Replacements: After inspection, the return is then processed through our system (7-10 business days) and a replacement item(s) will be issued (2-3 business days processing) and will ship via FedEx Ground (5-7 business days). If your item fails to meet your return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.


Refunds: After inspection, the return is then processed through our system (7-10 business days) and a refund will be issued (2-3 business days processing). You should see the credit on your account (3-5 business days). If your item fails to meet your return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Replacements and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
