It's always a bummer when you get the email that your order has been cancelled! There are a few reasons why this may have happened:
1. Our fraud system declined your payment
2. Our system glitched and we weren't able to capture payment in time
3. There was an inventory discrepancy and we did not actually have the product in stock
If your product is not available, you can always input your email in our "Notify Me When Available" banner, so that you can be the first to know when it comes back in stock!
